At Toyosu Market which opened in Oct. 2018, you can see the latest version of fish market with modern infrastructure. Tour guide will take you to the “Uogashi Yokocho” a shopping area you can enjoy shopping seafood, dried food, and other Japanese food ingredients.
Learn how to prepare some of the most authentic washoku (Japanese dishes) at Japan’s largest cooking school.
